Refund policy

We hope you enjoy every Matter Brushes, Inc. product you purchase! However, if you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received, we will be happy to process a refund or an exchange for you.

    • All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Only merchandise credit will be allowed.)
    • Exchange requests for any damaged items (not packaging) must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 
    • Damaged items (not packaging) returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit. 
    • Returns received within 60 days from the original transaction date will be processed as a store credit or exchange. Any returns received after 60 days will be returned to the sender.
    • Except for damaged items, original shipping and return shipping charges and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. (This includes ALL refused and accepted packages.) 
    • Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Matter Brushes, Inc. is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.
    • When returning orders in full, free gifts must also be returned. No refund of any kind will be issued until the free gift is received.
    • Gift recipients may return items for an exchange or store credit when the original order number is provided.
    • We reserve the right to deny a return request if excessive returns history is indicative of wardrobing.
    • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

      • Contact Name
      • E-mail Address
      • Order #
      • Order Date
      • Item for Damage Exchange or Merchandise Credit 
      • Quantity purchased
      • Reason for Return/Exchange
    1. E-mail the above information to info@matterbrushes.com for your Return/Exchange.
    1. Once return authorization is acquired, ship the item(s) to Matter Brushes, Inc.
    1. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.


    Please Note: Items purchased on MatterBrushes.com must be returned via shipping carrier only. Returns cannot be hand-delivered. Only items purchased on MatterBrushes.com will be accepted. All products purchased through any other Matter Brushes retailers will not be processed and the package will be returned to the sender. Matter Brushes, Inc. reserves the right to deny a return if the item is deemed as counterfeit. Counterfeit items are not eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to sender. Matter Brushes, Inc. accepts returns for gently used products and has the right to deny a return or exchange at any time.
